Specify import target
You can specify Global settings or a specific list as the import target:
-
Global settings
If you select this option, the recipients in the import file will be imported to the global recipient list of Inxmail Professional.
-
List/tab
If you select this option, you can select a mailing list to which the recipients in the import file will also be subscribed. You must also specify whether the recipients should be imported to the Subscribed or Unsubscribed tab of the respective mailing list.
Note The values of the Tracking permission column can be imported only to the Subscribed tab of a (standard) mailing list, as they are not recorded globally in Inxmail Professional but per mailing list. If your import file contains person-based tracking details and this data is to be imported to Inxmail Professional, you must select a mailing list as the import target, as well as the Subscribed tab.
