Brief description
This test determines the size of the mailing in the inbox of the selected recipient. The size of the mailing can vary depending on which recipient you have selected for the quality test.
Details
Maximum mailing size: Note that a mailing must not exceed 10,000 KB (= 9.7 MB). Mailings greater than 9.7 MB in size cannot be sent.
If the mailing size exceeds 150 KB, a warning is displayed in the ‘Email size test’ section of the quality test. You should try not to exceed this size.
Important: Remember that mailings that are larger than 150 KB are subject to additional charges. Note: Contact your Inxmail contact person or Care-Consulting@inxmail.de for more information.
The smaller the mailing, the shorter the loading times will be, that is, the mailing is displayed immediately after the recipient opens it and does not have to be loaded bit by bit.
Possible test results
- green = up to 150 KB
- orange = up to 300 KB
- red = over 300 KB
