Use labels to keep track of a large number of mailings. Using the new navigation item 
"Labels" you can create, delete, rename and replace labels. The label assignment to your mailings will always be preserved.
You can create labels in two places:
Labels provide you with more filtering and sorting options for your mailings. If you use the free text search field on top of that, you can keep track of a large number of mailings.
