Use shared mailings

Step by step

1. Switch to the space for which someone has shared a mailing with you.

   The shared mailing is displayed under "Shared mailings".

2. Click "Add" to use the mailing in your current space.

   

3. A dialog informs you that the associated styleset will be transferred, along with the shared mailing.

   Confirm by clicking Add.

   

   Identical stylesets will be merged: If a styleset with the identical content already exists in the target space, the styleset from the target space is used.

• You have added a shared mailing from another space. You can now use it in your space.

How do shared mailings relate to the original mailing? You can edit shared mailings independently of the original mailing. Your changes will not affect the original style set.

Special case of images:  The images used in the shared mailing remain in the source space and are not copied to the target space. If the images are not exchanged in the target space, unexpected traffic costs may result from linked images.
