Deactivate workflow
You can deactivate an active workflow. This makes sense if you want to ensure – either on a temporary or permanent basis – that no emails are sent through a triggering event.
Therefore, you do not need to delete an event in order to suspend or prevent the sending of email.
Deactivate the workflow by clicking the button.
A confirmation dialog box is then displayed, asking you to confirm that you want to deactivate the workflow.
Click the Deactivate button.
Note: A workflow cannot be deactivated if you have set up scheduled activation. You must first stop the scheduled activation. Then you can deactivate the workflow.
Reactivate workflow
You can reactivate a deactivated workflow at any time.
To do so, click the Reactivate workflow button.
Note: A workflow cannot be reactivated if you have set up scheduled activation. You must first stop the scheduled activation. Then you can reactivate the workflow.
