An error log can be found in Inxmail Commerce. If errors occur, they will be listed here.
Errors can occur in connection with the event configuration, for instance, if the event ID in the source system and in Inxmail Commerce do not match.
Errors can also occur in connection with mailings. For example, attachments transmitted from the source system can be too large. Errors can also occur in mailings that are transferred from your source system to Inxmail Commerce if they do not conform to the required structure.
Displaying the error log
Click the error icon in the workspace bar to display the error log.
You will be directed to the overview of error messages.
You can get detailed information on an error by clicking the corresponding line.
