Receiving error notifications

Step by step

You can specify which users are to be informed about errors that have occurred. These are errors that have arisen in the event configuration or during dispatch.

  1. Select the Settings menu item in the navigation bar.

    The functional areas for which you can specify settings are displayed in the selection bar.

    Note: The selection of functional areas displayed will depend on your user role.

  2. Click Notifications.

    You will be directed to the Notifications page.

  3. Click in the Users who are to be notified field.

    A list box is displayed.

  4. Choose the user who is to receive the error notification(s).

    The user is shown in a frame with a grey background.

    Perform this action for each user who is to receive the error notification(s).

  5. Specify whether the error notification(s) should be sent hourly or daily.
  6. Click Save.
  • You have specified which users are informed about errors that have occurred.
